Richard Connolly

CEO

Richard is the founder and CEO of Chaseman Global. Educated at Salford University, Richard has worked in Executive Search since 1999, focusing primarily on senior hires within Financial Institutions, Consultancy Practice and more recently the Bio & Life Sciences industries.

Richard is also responsible for the Strategic Development and growth of Chaseman Global's International aspirations with the launch of the US business in Jan 2017 and whilst this takes up a lot of his time he continues to work with exceptional Senior Individuals from a career management perspective and remains heavily involved in the oversight of the retained & exclusive business within the company brands Chaseman Group & Poten Consulting.

Dominic Oldfield

Global Head of Business Development

Dominic has operated in the recruitment industry for over 15 years, initially working on a contingent basis in the Engineering & Transportation sector before spending his latter ten years within executive/retained search. Dominic covers a number of vertical markets but has a particularly detailed knowledge of Life Sciences and more specifically crop inputs, where he has made multiple placements across 35 different countries.

Dominic prides himself on being a service orientated recruiter, who has the ability to liaise effectively with both client partners and talented individuals alike. He has always maintained that there is a perfect role out there for everyone.

Rob Bentham

Managing Consultant - Interim FS

Rob has worked in recruitment for over 10 years and for all of that time has been focused on the interim market. He has predominantly worked within Financial Services, with clients within Insurance, Reinsurance, Banking and Asset Management, across the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe.

Rob has gained a deep understanding of the Financial Services sector and is passionate about the market in which he operates, which is borne out by the fact he strives to be constantly abreast of current market trends and activity in order to provide the best possible service to both his clients and candidates alike.

Aaron Berry

Head of Research & Delivery

Aaron has worked in recruitment since 1996 and for the majority of that time has focussed on the Senior Technology space. Aaron has partnered with many of the world’s leading Retail, Ecommerce and FMCG organisations going through IT & Business Transformation.

Aaron has extensive experience in mapping and fully dissecting organisational structures with a view to providing bespoke advice to facilitate effective Business Transformation and Change. Aaron is also responsible for the recruitment, development and training of the delivery team as well as the online presence of the business.

Philip Bills

Lead Consultant – Technology

Phil has over 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry focussed for the most part around IT. He has worked with high growth start-ups through to some of the largest technology companies in the world delivering senior talent within emerging markets. More recently he has focused on cloud computing including AI, IOT and Big Data.

He enjoys working closely with clients and talented professionals alike to ensure there is always a perfect fit between Client and Candidate. Phil has a particular interest in Digital Agriculture and its impact on the sustainability of farming.
