At Chaseman Global, our time-honoured processes and methodologies deliver your shortlist of talent within 21 working days. We shortlist a minimum of four qualified, passionate people ready to take on your opportunity. 

From the outset of the project, we develop our target company and organisation list. Then, we conduct in-depth research, fine-tune the parameters and develop a long list featuring capable and passionate people. This process includes desk research, utilising our global network, competitor analysis, reviewing social profiles and industry recommendations. 

We speak directly to the potentials and score them on their competencies before delivering a shortlist. Our interviews with the talent help gain a deeper-rooted insight into their achievements and ambitions. Doing this ensures only the standout talent is selected for the shortlist. 

Through our client portal, we offer complete transparency on the talent profiles we cultivate. Here, we enable clients the ability to provide feedback as the shortlist develops. 

Once we deliver the shortlist, the client can utilise the data on our client portal and interview the potentials. From here, the client can select the best person to tackle their talent acquisition needs.
