This process includes desk research, utilising our global network, competitor analysis, reviewing social profiles and industry recommendations.

Through our client portal, we offer complete transparency on the talent profiles we cultivate. Here, we enable clients the ability to provide feedback as the shortlist develops.
Once we deliver the shortlist, the client can utilise the data on our client portal and interview the potentials. From here, the client can select the best person to tackle their talent acquisition needs.
