A high-growth technology company came to us having tried to hire a Chief Technology Officer both directly and via another recruiter. Despite having interviewed more than 30 people and reviewed countless profiles, they hadn’t found “the one”. They needed an individual who was available at short notice, came from a similar tech background and who could implement a technical roadmap, whilst also playing a leading role in the scaling of the technology teams.
We were retained to assist with their search. Our process began with a full market map to long list potential candidates, from there we then conducted detailed interviews to identify not only the individuals with the best skills and knowledge, but that matched the client’s cultural dynamic.
Once the shortlist was presented, we supported the team to manage the interview process until a candidate was selected.
To ensure the transition ran smoothly, our team helped with the formulation and brokering of the offer, resulting in the candidate's verbal acceptance. The final stage was to assist with the candidate’s resignation and on-boarding process as required.
With the successful search, the client was able to secure an experienced CTO to take charge of all technical aspects of the company’s strategy, and who plays a key role in their ongoing product development.
