Kevin Hammill is an experienced and bankable global executive leader with a career narrative of delivering scalable and sustainable solutions to drive top-line growth and bottom-line performance across startups, multinationals, and publicly traded companies. Equipped with deep technical and industry expertise in the crop protection, bio-protection, synthetic biology, biotechnology, and plant nutrition space.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of Tidal Vision AgTechnologies, where he joined in the summer of 2021, and is setting the strategic direction for this the innovative agriculture startup that utilizes a proprietary technology platform to drive mass adoption of one of the world’s most promising and underexploited biomolecules. He is leveraging this technology for the benefit of all participants in the agriculture ecosystem while contributing to a circular economy.
Prior to that, Kevin was the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Manufacturing & Supply Chain Officer for Marrone Bio Innovations (NASDAQ: MBII), where he established a long-term transformational strategic plan, delivered 10 consecutive growth quarters, drove an aggressive M&A roll-up strategy, led an international acquisition, including multi-million-acre growth from near-zero, and led the expansion of an underutilized domestic facility to improve capacity, reduce cycle time and elevate quality. He was actively involved in board meetings, governance, and earnings calls.
Before joining Marrone in 2018, Kevin served as Chief Operating Officer & Board Observer for synthetic biology company Pivot Bio and held multiple progressive executive roles at Valent USA Corporation and BASF (ETR:BAS) spanning Agriculture Business Operations and Strategy, Marketing, Product Development, and Sales.
