The role
A global top-five crop solutions company is appointing a Global Head of Regulatory Science and Asset Management. The role leads the global strategy for regulatory science and asset management, keeping the portfolio compliant worldwide while maximizing the value of research, development and commercial assets across their lifecycle.
What you will do
- Oversee global regulatory compliance and the timely approval, renewal and lifecycle submissions across key markets
- Strengthen regulatory science capability and guide strategy through the product development lifecycle
- Lead the strategic management of the global product and innovation asset portfolio, including governance for prioritization and investment decisions
- Drive lifecycle management, including label expansions, line extensions, formulation improvements and market expansion
- Advise on asset progression, partnerships, acquisitions, licensing and portfolio rationalization
- Work with senior leadership, R&D, Commercial and Finance to align regulatory and portfolio strategy with growth plans
