From first conversation to a working search.
When you brief us on a hire, you deal with a partner from the first call. No call centers and no junior screeners.
- A partner replies within one working day. You get an initial view on the market, the likely talent pool and how we would approach the search.
- We scope the brief together. On a call we agree the role, what success looks like, the target organizations, compensation positioning and the timeline. For confidential searches we agree how the client and role will be described before any approach is made.
- You receive a written proposal. It sets out the search plan, the service that fits (Retained Search, Priority Search or a Talent Market Insight study first), the fee structure and the 12-month written guarantee that applies to Retained Search and Priority Search.
- The search starts and you hear from us weekly. Our target is an assessed shortlist within 21 working days, with a weekly update throughout.
