Text Messages (SMS and WhatsApp)

If you agree to receive text or WhatsApp messages from our consultants, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent. We use them only to send one-to-one messages about career opportunities, interview scheduling, search updates and replies to your inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use service providers such as our messaging provider only to deliver messages on our behalf.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

Website Forms and Resumes

When you submit a form on our website, we store the details you provide and any resume you upload in our secure recruitment and client systems so the right member of our team can respond. Candidate details and resumes are used only to consider you for relevant opportunities. We never present you to a client without your agreement. Resume uploads are limited to PDF and Word documents.

Email Updates and the Talent Market Briefing

We send the Talent Market Briefing and other email updates only to people who have asked to receive them, either through our newsletter signup or by ticking the optional box on one of our forms. Every subscription is confirmed by email before we send anything. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@chasemanglobal.com. Our email service provider, Mailchimp, processes your email address and name on our behalf to deliver these emails. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
